How IronWolf Started

Hey I'm Nitzy

I've been an athlete my whole life. From playing volleyball at Indiana University to finding CrossFit after graduation and never looking back. After college I worked as a data analyst, and coaching part time at a CrossFit affiliate. I always knew my true passion lived in coaching and helping people change their lives.

In 2024 I went all in, completing multiple certifications and mentorships to build the knowledge base I knew my future clients deserved. In January 2025, IronWolf was officially born. Since then, I've helped 50+ athletes pursue their fitness and nutrition goals through personalized coaching that's actually built around them.

When I'm not coaching, you'll find me in the kitchen baking something I'll definitely eat too much of, planning my next beach trip, or loving on my three fur babiesTitan, Oakley, and Gucci. I'm happily married to my husband Steven, and when we’re not working out you can probably find us eating pizza and a sweet treat, watching football somewhere!

My approach combines personalized performance programming and nutrition coaching under one roof, because the two aren't separate, and if your current plan treat them like they are, you will never see the progress you want.

And I stay in your corner every step of the way, with consistent check-ins and accountability that keep you moving forward even when life gets in the way.
