How do I get feedback on my training?

All training is delivered through the TrueCoach app, where you can log your workouts, upload video of your lifts, and receive daily feedback directly from me. It's simple, straightforward, and keeps everything in one place.

How do I get feedback on my nutrition?

Nutrition tracking is done through the Cronometer app, where you'll log your food daily. I review your numbers weekly and provide feedback and adjustments as needed during our check-ins.

Is coaching fully remote?

Yes! IronWolf is 100% remote, which means you can train and get coached from anywhere in the world.

About the Programming

Do I need gym experience to get started?

Not at all. Whether you're brand new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, programming is fully tailored to your current fitness level and background. Everyone starts somewhere.

Do I need to be a competitive athlete?

Nope. IronWolf works with competitive and everyday athletes alike. What matters isn't your competition history — it's your commitment to your goals.

What equipment or gym do I need?

Programming is fully adaptable to whatever setup you have — whether that's a full CrossFit affiliate, a commercial gym, or a home setup. We work with what you've got.

About Nutrition

Do I have to track macros?

Macro tracking is a core part of the nutrition coaching experience at IronWolf. It's the most effective way for me to understand how you're fueling your body and give you accurate, meaningful feedback week to week.

Can I do performance coaching without nutrition coaching?

All 1:1 Performance Coaching includes nutrition coaching — and that's intentional. Real progress requires investment in both your training and your nutrition, and IronWolf is built around that belief. If you're only looking for nutrition support, 1:1 Nutrition Coaching is available as a standalone option.

Logistics & Commitment

Can I switch between coaching tracks?

Absolutely. If your goals shift or you want to add or adjust your coaching, we can navigate that together. Flexibility is part of the IronWolf experience.

What's the commitment structure?

1:1 Performance Coaching is month-to-month. Nutrition Coaching is available in 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month plans. We'll talk through what makes the most sense for your goals on the intro call.
